Home Improvement Associates, LLC was established May 12, 1986. Alan Tabin and Edward Cauley began serving the Pioneer Valley with exceptional remodeling and building services that exceeded most expectations.

Our reputation has been solidly built on "pride and consistency," with 22 years of building experience. 85% of our sub-contractors have been part of our team since the early years, following this same philosophy.

Home Improvement Associates, LLC has completed some very small as well as some very large residential projects, all with the same work ethic. Some of the notable projects over the years have been:

• The Loomis Community Villa conversions
• UMass student housing renovation
• Appleton Corporations 150 unit kitchen upgrade

More recently, over the past 10 years, Home Improvement Associates, LLC naturally moved into real estate development, bringing our philosophy with us. "Pride and consistency" that has been proven successful over the past 22 years.

Our most recent development called "Mayer Drive Estates" in Holyoke consisted of seven new homes with seven newly satisfied customers. This sub-division was completed in 2006.

Now, in 2008 here comes "Jacob’s Edge Condominium Community" that will offer 25 single story units, 2 car garages, with a great location, and affordable price, all bordering a pristine habitat.

Whether our projects are small or large, we provide the same quality and the same personal service that has been proven to be successful over the years, with many satisfied customers that also have become our friends.
