Home Improvement Associates LLC is a local real estate development company based in South Hadley, Massachusetts. Established in 1986 by area builders Alan Tabin and Edward Cauley, the business has successfully completed both commercial and residential construction projects over the past two-plus decades.
Large-scale projects have included the Loomis Community Villa Conversion, the U-Mass Student Housing Renovation, and the Appleton Corporation’s 150 Unit Kitchen Upgrade. The company has worked with many individuals on both small and large residential building and remodeling projects over the years.
In 2006, Home Improvement Associates LLC naturally moved into real estate development completing construction of “Mayer Drive Estates”, a community of seven single family homes located in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
Jacob’s Edge, located at Jacob’s Way (161 Granby Road) in South Hadley, is the company’s newest venture which opened in the spring of 2009, a community of 25 homes offering maintenance free, single floor living bordering a pristine natural habitat providing year around passive recreational opportunities.
A member of the Greater South Hadley-Granby Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts, Home Improvement Associates LLC is committed to providing exceptional service to the local area and to supporting the local community.
